Winds will be a concern over the next several days. Winds will be shifting S to N through Friday night through Saturday with the strongest winds coming Saturday evening where gusts of 50+ mph are not out of the questions. Sustained winds shown from THU AM through SUN PM:
Sim temps Saturday morning through Sunday morning- we will have to watch for a refreeze Saturday night into Sunday morning as temps look to fall below freezing so any spots in Northern and Central IL that still wet are likely to turn slick. Strong winds will help dry pavement out:
