Eyeing additional freezing fog possible across eastern Kansas, Iowa and Missouri waking up Tuesday morning given the below freezing temps, stagnant air and moisture riding in over the cold surface:
Our next opportunity for wintry weather comes Wednesday night into Thursday morning as a storm system moves west to east…right now we are keying in on northwest/west Kansas, Nebraska into Northwest Iowa for where that heavy snow will be possible. There is still a little discrepancy on exact amounts but accumulating snow is certainly on the table here especially across Nebraska.
