Here is a look at preferred simulated radar guidance from 9 PM today through 12 PM Saturday. Note that models have trended much further to the west with this system from yesterday. This trend may continue which would shift the chances for snow to the west.
Temperatures where the snow is falling looks to be too warm for any widespread impacts. Temperatures will be coming from warmer temperatures during the day today and look to hover around the 32 F – 34 F mark which will melt the snow upon impact. At this time, no widespread issues are anticipated for the snow in eastern Missouri, including the St. Louis metro area. Here is a look at preferred temperatures from 12 AM tonight through 9 AM tomorrow morning.
