Indiana/Illinois Video
A cut-off low pressure will bring rain risks for locations along/south of I-70 mainly as we head into Friday afternoon and night. This has trended a bit further north than the data yesterday. The will be a fine line between decent rain amounts and no rain at all. Indianapolis is likely right on that line.
Rainfall potential through early Saturday: Areas in southern IL/IN through southern Ohio will pick up 0.50″-1.00″ of rainfall. This will aggravate ongoing flooding in these areas.
The weekend continues to look great!! Our next system arrives by Monday/Monday night bringing widespread rain to the region. Current data brings a general 0.30-0.60″ of rain with this system. Dry weather expected for the middle portion of next week.

Low temperatures over the next 4 nights:
Wind forecast over the next 4 days:
High/low temperatures over the next 10 days: Overall mild weather continues. There are some discrepancies in the data regarding temperatures late next week, but overall expect a brief cool shot Tuesday into Wednesday of next week behind our early week system, then another warming trend late next week ahead of another storm showing up around the 12th. This one looks to have a better cold supply behind it. However….that still may not be a transition to a true sustained pattern.
