Good Wednesday evening. A passing cold front and disturbance aloft has triggered scattered snow squalls across central Indiana, putting down quick coatings of snow in spots as well as reduced visibility. As of 6pm EST, the snow shower activity is now pushing south of I-70, with areas north seeing an end to the snow showers. Here is the radar loop over the past two hours:

Northern Indiana locations still on track for the lack-effect snow bands to ramp up through the night, and will be just the beginning of a prolonged lake-effect snow event.
