1-20-20 Tovar St. Louis: Light scattered snow showers/flurries possible this afternoon. B.

Today’s Video:

Simulated radar from 6AM to 9PM today:

Accumulated snowfall throughout the day today. We would watch for the St. Louis area to have the risk of some light flurries/scattered snow showers and the risk for a coating of snow in spots as well, so we would definitely recommend monitoring zero tolerance lots especially this afternoon and early this evening.

Generally it appears fog risks should stay to our north tonight and into tomorrow morning:

A wave of snow likely develops as we work into Wednesday morning for NW MO. With a mix of rain and snow possibly working into the St. Louis metro area overnight Wednesday into Thursday morning with temperatures lingering at or slightly above freezing. We need to keep an eye on the backside of this system for snow risks, but we would anticipate future adjustments with the backside threat Thursday night into Friday morning.

Total snowfall through Wednesday evening:
