Good Tuesday morning, wishing you all a very happy New Year! Starting the day out with very frigid temps, won’t warm up much today especially in the northwestern parts of the state lingering near 0º. Our next shot of some snow showers works east later Wednesday morning into the afternoon…they will be light in nature with a coating up to locally 0.5″ possible but not widespread…enough to cause a few slick spots and just be pesky:
Next more robust shot at wintry weather looks to come late weekend into early next week…there’s still a ton of risk here and a lot of details that need fine-tuning including precipitation-type…just keep this on your radar as we get closer but know we will be watching this very closely for mixed precipitation issues:
