Synopsis: Good Friday morning! The transition of wintry precipitation continues to take place according to plan. As of 3:30 AM CST, everyone in the Vincennes district has fallen well below freezing with freezing rain/sleet falling. This transition will continue to work east across the Seymour district just in time for the morning commute, likely everyone falls below freezing by 8am. The freezing rain will transition to a period of sleet west to east before snow takes over from late morning to early afternoon.
