Good Friday morning everyone! We have some rain showers ongoing in Western South Dakota and scattered snow in far NE Minnesota. The far NE county in Minnesota could see a few inches of snow today.
Here’s a look at the simulated radar for today and tomorrow. Note, lingering energy will lead to scattered snow showers and flurries for the Eastern Dakotas and Minnesota throughout much of tomorrow. Some areas could pick up a dusting to an isolated 0.5″.
Note, we will see lake effect snow off of Lake Superior and areas from Duluth to the northeast border could see 2-5″ along the lake.
We’ll need to watch for patchy fog overnight tonight and a few slick spots given temperatures will be below freezing:
