8-1-19 IMS Update: Quiet conditions with a gradual warming trend into early next week. B.

Good morning everyone. Overall we continue to anticipate dry conditions through the rest of the week with a major lack of moisture in the atmosphere.

Temperatures will gradually warm from the mid-80s to the upper-80s by late weekend and back into the 90s ahead of a cold front that will bring the next storm chance late Tuesday and into early Wednesday. Winds also do not look to be impressive the next several days and will remain rather light. Here’s a look at the latest 7 day outlook:

As mentioned above, we believe the next rain chance to come late Tuesday. There is still some discrepancy in data in the exact timing of this with the American models being a bit faster than the European models. Given what the upper-level energy looks like we’d favor the slightly faster solution so we feel Tuesday evening and into Wednesday morning will need to be watched for rain/storm threats: If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out. Have a great day!
