Best risk to see a widely scattered shower will be across the Dakotas today and Thursday, while many stay relatively dry and nice.  A wave of storms will work from northeast North Dakota through northeast Minnesota Thursday night, with a widely scattered storm threat area-wide Friday PM and night.  Here is the total rainfall from now through Friday 1pmCT:
