Good Wednesday morning everyone! A quiet start to the day for the area with low cloud cover, but still windy and cold conditions with wind chills in the -20s in some areas:

We’ll need to watch a wave of energy today for a few isolated snow showers, but these do not look to have a big impact. The better chance of some snow will come in far Northeast Minnesota as we work into Thursday night and Friday with some light snow accumulations possible:
Beyond this, the pattern looks very inactive with no notable systems to track the rest of the next 7 days. Though, we’ll need to watch out for some patchy fog on Friday morning:
