Good afternoon! Radar as of 1:50PM shows heavier bursts of snow affecting areas around Aurora and Waukegan, Chicago, too Kankakee. Snows have finally ended around Lincoln and Peoria.
Snow totals so far today: 3.3″ Rockford, 4″ Peoria, 3″ Bloomington, 2″ Lincoln, 4″ Galesburg, 4.6″ Moline, 5.3″ Milledgeville.
The snow will be fully out of the state by 6pm CT.
Another 1-1.5″ is possible as this band continues to wrap through northeast counties along the lake-shore.
