GREENWOOD, IND. August 11, 2026 – BAM Weather today announced it has been ranked No. 3,128 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.
"Making the Inc. 5000 list for the second consecutive year is further evidence of our team’s unwavering commitment to excellence," Michael Clark, Co-Founder and CEO of BAM Weather, stated. "Over the past decade, we have achieved annual growth of at least 30 percent each year. This sustained performance is rooted in our culture. We believe success is measured not merely by financial growth, but by our ability to positively impact people’s lives and our genuine desire to help solve problems. I would confidently put our team against any other. I am very proud of this organization."
This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.
"Making the Inc. 5000 for a second consecutive year is more than a milestone, it’s a reflection of who we are. We have a bold and clear vision set, a team deeply committed to our core values, and a shared belief that anything less than the highest standard for our clients simply isn’t good enough," Lauren Thomas, President of BAM Weather, mentioned. "This achievement was earned by our entire team, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’re building together."
