Video: http://youtu.be/qSxTVYqfNrI?hd=1 Main weather takeaways over the next few days: Forecast radar over the next 30 hours shown below.  We may see a lull in the steady rains this morning, but expecting widespread showers to work in from late morning through the afternoon for much of the state, the exception being far northwest areas.  A few showers may linger through the first half of Friday, then a gradual clearing trend from west to east during the afternoon and evening. 3-28-18 Seasonal Forecast Update. April-May-June Outlook. Details Here. M. Synopsis: Spring thus far has been a real bear to forecast. With the complete breakdown of the polar vortex the major wrench has been sustained high-latitude blocking both over Greenland and Alaska as a result of that split in a nut shell. Simply put the colder times have really been hard to boot. As we continue to look ahead into AMJ we note that April likely starts off at near record cold levels esp across the central and northern plains. With the way March and now April has evolved we have…
