We think there is a scattered storm threat between 12-5pm EDT across Zones 1&2, drier this evening for your Friday night football games, then some showers and storm redevelopment overnight. Here is the latest HRRR that reflects our latest thoughts. We think a 30/40% storm coverage is possible for this afternoon..some folks see the rain, while others remain dry today. If you’re headed out tonight right now it looks dry, make sure to check the short term¬†today for the latest updates.

Confidence and Risks:

  • Our confidence is average right now to slightly below in the timing, locating and intensity of our rain coverage tonight into this weekend
  • Our confidence is average that a good portion of the zones see around 1.0″ of rain out of this system by Sunday morning, with localized higher amounts possible
  • Our confidence is average that we see some dry periods in between waves of rain showers Friday into Saturday
