An Enhanced risk of severe weather is in place across portions of the Dakotas for hail. While hail will be the main threat, damaging winds and a few tornadoes will be possible.
Tropical Storm Earl is spinning down near the Yucatan Peninsula this morning with sustained winds of 70 mph. This is forecast to landfall as a hurricane in Belize around 2 AM Thursday morning.
