Announcing new services and set schedule for updates. Commercial/energy/#Agwx clients.

Wanted to let you know things have been hectic for us here lately as we have just moved into the new offices, hired a new meteorologist and both Bryan and myself are having babies this month, (Bryan had his last week). We have also been working on a new service option to our clients which is our custom built medium and long range forecasts both seasonal and sub-seasonal outlooks. We have also posted a schedule that we plan on launching this coming Monday this should help with any confusion or late delivery of forecasts and videos in the months and years ahead. We are also currently seeking to hire a 5th Meteorologist to aid in our long range department so we will keep you posted and up to date on that. I have attached the schedule below and you can also find it on Bamwx.com right on the homepage. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out at anytime. Ill keep you posted on my daughter arriving as that will limit my time in the office for a week or so.

Here is an example of our outlooks. We will be doing 6-10, 8-14, 30, 90 and 180 day CUSTOM built outlooks starting Monday and again please refer to schedule for times they are scheduled to be updated. These outlooks will only be accessible if you’re a COMMERCIAL/AG and or ENERGY client of Bamwx.com. If you’re interested in receiving these outlooks and you do not believe you currently have access to them please email us in a separate email reply to Bamwxcom@Gmail.com!

Also I wanted to give you some feedback really quick. Ive had some clients ask why I do not update with every new model run that comes in. The reason for this is because models can flip and flop every 6 hours. Our forecasts here are based on pattern recognition and our organic methods in the Pacific ocean. With that being said even though the models run 4 times per day our forecasts rarely change esp in the longer range due to the method of how we forecast. During times of rather stagnant weather patterns evening videos will now be shortened to around 4-7 minutes unless we are in a very active stormy time then its possible 3 to even 4 updates could be issued a day (i.e Winter storms). Both professionally and personally I would steer clear of folks who change their forecast or update with every run of the GFS model. Thats my friendly advice on this Friday. Have a great weekend folks, thank you for your support! Cheers! M.
